Must have some experience with GSA Schedule (SCHEDULE) & FAR. At least five (5) years experienced preferred. If less – call anyway.

My name is Robert L. Frenza, and I’m a retired USAF Weapons Maintenance/Nuclear Surety/Weapons Safety Officer with a BS in Engineering Technology (HVAC), MS in Human Resources Management, and an Ed. D. in Industrial Safety Education w/emphasis in OSHA. But more importantly, I’m a Certified Acquisition Professional w/the DoD, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), and I have a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) called, Govn’t Contract Program Mngt Services, Inc. (GCPMS). My mission is to help Small Business Owners (SBO) to successfully GET AWARDED GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS, be they SDVOSB “set-aside” contracts or not. In particular, I help SBOs GET ON and STAY ON the SCHEDULE, by helping them prepare their SCHEDULE solicitation/proposal package, and aggressively market their product/service to KEY GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL –after they’re on the SCHEDULE, so the SBO can obtain “task orders” sufficient enough to maintain the SCHEDULE req’t of $25,000/yr sales in contracts.

The best way I can successfully fulfill my mission is with the help of someone like you, who has years and years of experience working with the GSA Schedule and FAR. Of course, you must know the FAR inside and out, but if not, you must be willing to learn more. However, I’m not looking for any “novice-greenies” here. I’m looking for someone who already has a good working knowledge of the SCHEDULE and particularly the FAR, and who wants to learn more, because as you know, the FAR changes all the time. So, if you’re looking to “get trained” this is not the business partnership for you.

So, if you’ve worked with the SCHEDULE and FAR, you know very well that there is a heck of a lot more there than what meets the eye to include all the little nuisances of it, and clauses, and templates, and FAR req’ts, and 35 – 82 page solicitation req’ts, and more importantly, all the massive, precise, and unrelenting marketing you must do to key govn’t personnel, after you’re finally on the SCHEDULE, to get and maintain that minimum $25,000/yr in contracts (sales) req’t, as mentioned above!

Recently I had two very large Temporary Employment Agencies contact me asking for my help in getting them on the GSA Schedule. The problem of providing them with my “affirmative” answer to their inquiries, is the mere fact that I don’t have 5 – 20 years experience working with the SCHEDULE and FAR like you do. Hence, this solicitation for interested parties to respond.

I need someone with your credentials to “make it work” here in Northern California. If I can say that my “partner in crime” has over 5 – 20 years experience, then these two SBOs, and others, will “buy into it” and sign on the dotted line. But, as it stands now, SBOs just don’t seem to be able to get their hands around the simple fact of the matter, and concept, that “knowledge alone” can indeed, more than amply, suffice for years and years of OJT experience! It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to successfully work with the SCHEDULE. Frankly, it’s just not all that difficult to do, if you KNOW what you’re doing. And, knowing the FAR, and the SCHEDULE, inside and out, definitely qualifies you as one who “knows what they’re doing!”

So, my offer to you is… would you like to go into partnership with me to accomplish this mission of mine here in Northern California? Are you up to considering the possibility of working with me on this? If interested, please email me, Robert L. Frenza, at gcpms@hotmail.com and/or Robbi7123@hotmail.com, AND – NOT OR, call me at (209) 955 1015 (h/o) and/or (209) 487 4783 (cell). Call first on (209) 955 1015 please.

We’ll start off with the organization and logistics of it all first, then let’s talk compensation. Having said that, please keep in mind that compensation in this “partnership” would have to strictly be on a “commission” basis, because I have no available funds earmarked to offer you for any kind of retainer, especially if we’re in a partnership.

We could go the non-profit route if you felt it advantageous to do so. Food for thought.

Especially OK to highlight this job to persons with disabilities, or 8(a)s, or minorities, etc, etc. The more the merrier.
