We are a local Veterinarian office in downtown Denver and provide primary and surgical care for pets.

Our clinic is seeking a receptionist with prior experience in working in a clinical environment.

There are many animals present, so if you have any allergies/animal phobia, we do not recommend applying for this position.

The receptionist position has minimal contact with pets/animals.

Applicants should be well spoken, courteous and friendly to our staff and guests.

If accepted, the individual will be responsible for the following tasks:

-Arrange appointments over the phone

-Update schedules and calendar

-Sending emails

-Answering phone and directing messages

-Organizing mail and subscriptions

-Distributing paychecks

Applicants should be at least 18 years of age and strong with computers (Microsoft Office).

Compensation: $500 per 40 hour week, 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
