Upscale Health Care Provider
I am looking for health care providers whose patient’s yearly income exceeds $500K.
I run a charitable foundation dedicated to bringing awareness to domestic violence.
Domestic violence is often thought of as a disease affecting people in lower socioeconomic categories. In truth domestic violence affects people in all socioeconomic categories.
As a health care provider, do you ask your patients if they are the victims of domestic violence.
I am looking for providers representing different types of health care, including but not limited to plastic and reconstructive surgeons, veterinarians, pediatricians, chiropractors, dentists and primary care physicians.
My motivation? My sister was brutally murdered by her spouse. My sister was a well paid, high level professional. She had money, credit and property in her name.
During the last two years of her life she was under the care of several health care providers. Upon posthumous review of her medical records, not one provider (including the family veterinarian) asked about her home life, marriage or living conditions. Everyone assumed all was well in her glossy life.
My foundation is in it’s infancy. I started it with $50.00 of my own money. Your role will be to provide your expert opinion. Going forward you may have the option to blog and/or have a question and answer column. I have no money to pay you. Your input will be gratis.
I will give you my written assurance your words will not be edited without your knowledge or consent.
My sister was murdered in her home. I cleaned out her personal possessions while walking on floors soaked with her blood (she was stabbed to death.) Our mother screamed her life was reduced to a pile of junk. I promised my mother I would not let that happen.
My sister’s murder became a lurid, media event with reporters hounding my family. I will disclose my identity (and my sister’s identity) for your verification after your initial response and after I have checked the validity of your professional license.
Help me open blind eyes and keep this fatal disease from being passed to another generation.
Thank you.
