VET Help Fix my friend’s dog? (St Pete)

My friend has a Jack Russel Terrier thats two years old and it has developed some kind of a stomach problem. It has extreme bloating / fluid build up in the lower abdomen that had originally started about 3 weeks ago. He has been to 3 different veterinarians at a cost of $650+ and he is out of money and still no known cause. I saw the dog tonight and it was worse then ever. The dog did have some blood tests done which showed elevated liver enzymes or something like that and was put on some nutritional supplements and a low protein diet. If you are a VET or know someone who is a VET that would be willing to treat this dog on a charity basis or maybe swap for services, please get in touch with me.
